I like the idea of this being for the new year, so Imma retroactively post days 1, 2, and 3 here for the record as best as I can remember them and will do today later or tom morning:

Workout:
Early morning hike times with virg, em thal and meesh (and sheldon) snowshoeing up a very steep few climbs-- not really a workout, but some sweating did occur and it was BEAUTIFUL from the top-- I wish I had a pic to put here
Foods:
Breakfast: everything bagel with butter
2nd Breakfast: 1/2 veggie sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel, coffee @ White Mountain Cafe
Lunch: Thal's mom's christmas cookies (3-4), 1 tangerine, tea
Early dinner: Abyssinia combo platter for 2, split 3 ways with chicken and beef, 1 sambussa, handfuls of sweet popcorn snacks
Bus preparation: 1 pint of Narangansett @ Hot Club

185# (PR)
150 Burpees for time: 10:18
Foods:
Breakfast: Sausage egg and cheese on a roll, coffee
Snack: Handful of almonds and 2-3 chocolate covered espresso beans
Lunch: Tea and a chicken tamale
Dinner: 2 black bean and roasted sweet potato tacos (with cheese and salsa on top) with roasted broccoli on the side, 1/2 a bottle of left hand brewing company nitro stout

110# (tied an old PR)
3 RFT:
25 hand release pushups
25 jumping squats (45#)
25 KB swings (16 kilo)

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and toast w/ butta
Snack: Coffee, 1 large handful almonds
Snack 2: tangerine
Lunch: tea, ham and cheese sandwich, 1 carrot of carrot sticks, tangerine
Snack: 3 chocolate covered espresso beans, small piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: Massive bowl of chicken tom ka soup, 1 pint blue point lager, 1/3 of grilled eggplant w/ tamarind sauce
Movie snacks: 1/2 a Mounds bar, 1/2 a chocolate covered toffee guy

Also, I've always found Almond Joys/Mounds to be eaten by elderly women.
So I find it amusing that you, Lorena, and I would opt for a Mounds Bar then like I don't know- A snickers, lol
Any time you see "1/2" of something you can assume that thal consumed the other half... there is no resisting mounds otherwise
