I think the run and bike really stretched me out.
NOMS: The reasoning behind how I've been eating is to do small meals throughout the day! Good for yo metabolism!
- Coffee w/ skim, some granola (Was a little late getting up today so rushed a tad and didn't eat much D:)
- Left over pepper tofu, steamed green beans over a bed of salad
- Snacked on granola
- 1 Magic hat 9
- 1 chip at Kerri's, lol
- Boiled egg
- Broccoli, mushroom, tomato & basil sauce on spaghetti w/ salad
WORKOUT: Didn't work out today :( Right after work went to Kerri's, then grocery shopping, now watching football.
Hope to play bball with friends tomorrow and work out!
