Fat Prop Run

Third Day!
Moderate sore, but not as bad as yesterday.

Noms
  1. Orange juice, boiled, egg, Special K with Skim.
  2. Homemade Coffee
  3. 1 Chicken fajita and salad
  4. yogurt and granola
  5. 1 weird holida biscotti
  6. Some veggies and half a pizza slice (bleh- was so hungry at work today though!)
  7. Pepper Tofu, greenbeans, salad
  8. Orange juice

Got to go to the GYM today!
So NO BURPEES FOR ME.
Haha, I'll do that workout another day Annalisa- swears.
ran 1mile
interval biked with fake hills and shit that felt real for remaining 25m before gym closed.
