Oh, my weak weak arms


Second day!
My legs and ass hurt. When I sneeze my abs feel like they're being stabbed.
Day two is a good day.

  3. Some sweet potato mash from Boston Market at Work
  4. Left over mussel curry and salad
  5. 1 Fajita

  1. DAY 3 = Wm up: 5 min squat sit- drop to the very bottom of your squat (ass to grass) and stay there for 5 min

    Workout: 150 burpees for time -shoot for sub 15:00, definitely you can do it sub 18:00.

  2. I forgot to tell you-- dont try to stand directly up out of the squat sit, the blood rush to your legs will make you pass out---> drop one knee to the ground, then the other, then do the cobra stretch with your chest up for a few seconds to make your hip flexors happy
