Filler

I promise I didn't die-- just had a small freak out for DO applications yesterday so no workout. Will put workout info up tonight after I do it... PLUS I'm coaching 3 classes tomorrow evening: WOOOOOOOT!

  1. I'm still here too! Freak outs for apps is a much better reason than why I didn't work out on Tuesday. I sortof maybe had a headache. oooo awesome possum! 3 classes sounds killer.

    1 min UB Handstand Hold
    1 min Power Clean 135/95#
    1 min Split Jumps
    1 min Row for Calories
    *rest 2 minutes
