hahaha always a good reason to post on the blog! I should get back on the blogging train, except that I always did it during lunch instead of eating with office mates.. I can def make time to do it at another time because lord knows I don't wanna do work. ever.

I did some last night also and the stuff you told me def helps - getting better at not being so unbalanced at the end of it :) thanks! but i wish I could put on more weight haha. tg I'm not a guy who has no lifting patience and does dumb stuff with way to much weight! (like Brian sometimes...)
